Masterplan Programme Team
A dedicated Programme Team has been brought in to Manage the Masterplan and its delivery, including Programme Management of projects within the Masterplan The Team will ensure links and current partnerships with external developers, agencies and consultants are well maintained. The Programme Team also sit on the 5 Town Network Management Group which oversees development projects along the Sussex Coast.
The Programme Managers, who work on a part-time job share basis, are Lynda Spain and Sarah Foord, together with Jasmine Davies, Programme Officer, who works on a full-time basis.

Masterplan Board and Project Teams
There is currently a Management Board which meets quarterly, and 3 Project Teams which sit beneath it. These groups are responsible for the Governanance of the Masterplan Programme and prioritise projects and recommend which of the projects should be supported financially.
The Management Board is a partnership consisting of representatives from:
Worthing Borough Council, West Sussex County Council, SEEDA, Worthing Community & Voluntary Service.
The Project Teams include senior officers from both Worthing Borough Council and West Sussex County Council as well as representatives from Worthing Town Centre Initiative, Sussex Police and The 5 Town Network. Other specialist advice is sought when required.
